In order to prepare for your recording session, we need to know a few things about your project.

Please answer them and then click the SUBMIT button. The material will be e-mailed to us and one we take delivery of it, we’ll send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know that we’ve received it and that your project is in process.

Once we have this information, we’ll prepare for the actual session so that everything goes smoothly.

About the recording session:

  • To prepare for the session, simply relax and enjoy it.

  • We’re going to be talking about something that you’re already an expert at so it’ll just be a fun conversation.

  • Make sure the phone that you use is in quiet area, away from kids, family, pets, distractions, and outside noises.

  • Do NOT use a cell phone or a wireless phone! If the batteries fail or if the signal strength is less than perfect, we’ll be recording something less than perfection.

  • This is a full digital audio recording so let’s make it sound as good as possible.

Timing:

  • We will be setting up the remote interview process. Please tell us the exact time and date where you want the interview to occur.

  • We will send you all of the information including the phone number and code keys to use the digital conferencing system.

  • All you’ll need to do is call the number at the same time as we do and we’ll be recording the material as we speak.
